Lignumbcn was born of my interests as a very young child. I always liked to play with wood, sculpting tree bark with a knife, making my inlays and moldings … the smell of the wood transported me to another dimension. I have always tried to solve any task related to wood. The smell, texture, colors and shapes, make me feel at peace, relax me, and at the same time, energise and inspire me to form new ideas and creations. This is the fulfilment of new objectives, a constant challenge in the materialization of new small projects. Currently I also collaborate with other artists; designers, sculptors, craftsmen and architects… An absolute privilege!
